 The Pedernales was CVI’s initial venture into the east-side urban market. This project, Austin’s first true Live+Work Condominium development, is credited with catalyzing the current loft and condominium boom in central east Austin. Consisting of 105 spaces - 91 residential above 14 commercial/retail -- the Pedernales blends great design, value and a terrific location. The target market for the Pedernales was first-time homebuyers from Austin’s young professional and artistic communities and it quickly became “the place to live” on the east side. |
